The Rotary Club of Absecon/Galloway installed its board of directors for 2008-2009 at a special meeting held at Gourmet Italian Restaurant on July 10, 2008. The installation was carried out by Ted Lands, Rotary District 7640 Clean Water Chairman.
Installed as president was Uday Shah, an IT Audit Manager for AtlanticCare Health Systems. Linda Eattock, branch manager for Commerce Bank of Galloway was installed as vice president; Kathy Smith, Public Relations Manager of Boscov’s was installed as secretary; Gerry Strahlendorf was installed as treasurer; Chuck Reed, mortgage banker from American Mortgage was installed as Director of Public Relations; Anne Thomas of Harry Harper Architectural was installed as Director of Service Projects; and Bob Ash of Adams-Perfect Funeral Homes was installed as Director of Membership Development.
